A bit about me, but still more about you...keep reading to understand what I mean

My training philosophy, approach and personal preference have shifted from being solely focused on excelling in one sport to being more sort of a movement generalist. I now prioritise short-term goals and activities that align with my current interests and goals. This gives me a broad spectrum and overview of different movements, sports and exercises.

My journey has been influenced by numerous injuries sustained while playing competitive basketball, which ultimately led me to pursue studies abroad in Sports Therapy and later a Master's degree in Sport and Exercise Medicine.

I've had the opportunity of working in various settings including gym, clinical environments, and with professional and amateur athletes, as well as individuals from the general public. These experiences have provided me with invaluable insights into sports medicine, performance, and rehabilitation.

I created this platform with the aim of offering accessible and well-structured services to a broader audience and sharing a science based information.
