Initial consultation
(60-90 minutes)
35EUR (plus petrol if mobile)
40EUR online (first sessions only possible under certain circumstances or follow-ups)
- Upon scheduling a mutually convenient time, you will be sent a brief 5 questions pre-consultation form focusing on your inquires regarding your injury, sport performance goals or specific exercise plan (If you have some imaging, doctor notes or previous performance/exercise plan, I review this prior our session). Afterwards, our first meeting is all about you and how I can best assist you on your journey. Once you tell me your story and I further assess what I need to know, we work together to come up with a plan that fits your long term goals and needs.

FREE appointment summary given/sent to you
Following our initial consultation & video exercises made on your phone, you will be given or sent a comprehensive recap of the session with key findings, short-term and long-term goals and other details. While everything will be communicated to you directly during the session, this summary aims to provide you with additional clarity and structure, facilitating a better understanding of our next steps.

3. Follow up session (online/in person) and/or access to the app (PhoneApp or Web based options)
Access to the app: Through this portal, you can retrieve 👇

- a detailed management plan including tailored video rehab/performance exercises
-self-myofascial/assisted release techniques
-all the other relevant videos for optimal management of your symptoms or exercise/sport performance goals
-for additional details not covered in a video format, a written plan will include all the other recommendations

Recognising that your symptoms/performance may fluctuate, occasional flare-ups could occur (in case of injury) or additional questions arise, you will have my ongoing support through a free messaging on the app/ whatsapp. Additionally, we will have an optional but strongly recommended weekly 1-hour follow-up video calls to precisely monitor your progress. Every time you complete your exercises, you will have a space for video feedback, concerns, pain levels, RPE... and what other activities have you completed during the day (as rehab/training/sport performance plan could be an adjunct to your other activities/sport). There will also be a few brief questions written by me that you will answer.
This comprehensive approach allows for better plan adjustments based on your responses and allows us to have a more detailed conversation during our follow-up calls. The duration of this support is determined and agreed on during the initial consultation. Of course, it is not firmly pre-determined and it comes with flexibility for adjustments as needed. This is agreed upon our regular catch-up calls and the payments are collected weekly upfront if chosen this option (see below all options)

Continuous support & cooperation through the app 30 EUR/week or 100 EUR/month or 270 EUR/3 months (includes rehab/exercise/performance planning, 1 weekly follow-up call, ongoing support through messaging, adjustments to plan, access to the private community)
Additional virtual rehab/exercise sessions together can be requested and are subject to additional charge (45min- 25 EUR)
